SafePulse is an emergency safety mobile application operated by Vesna Integrated Limited, a registered company in Nigeria.

SafePulse allows users to notify trusted contacts via SMS during emergency situations only. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

When you trigger an SOS alert, SafePulse may include your real-time location in the emergency SMS message sent to your trusted contacts.

Location is only accessed when:

We do not continuously track your location.

5. Data Storage

SafePulse stores most data locally on your device.

We do not maintain a central database of your trusted contacts unless future cloud features are activated with user consent.

Emergency SMS message content is processed temporarily by third-party SMS providers solely for delivery purposes and is not stored by Safe pulse after transmission.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect your data.

However, no system is 100% secure. Users are responsible for keeping their device secure.

7. Children's Privacy

SafePulse is not intended for children under 13 without parental supervision.
