• Not misuse the app for harassment or spam
  
  

• Maintain accurate trusted contact information
  
  

• Keep your device secure
  
  

3. SMS Delivery Disclaimer

SafePulse depends on:

• Mobile network coverage
  
  

• Device permissions
  
  

• SMS gateway providers
  
  

• Internet connectivity (if applicable)
  
  

We do not guarantee instant or successful delivery under all circumstances.

4. Subscription Model (Future Provision)

SafePulse may offer:

Subscription pricing, billing terms, and renewal policies will be disclosed clearly before purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vesna Integrated Limited from any claims arising from misuse of the application.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
